Shipping within Germany
Delivery is only available within Germany.

Shipping Costs (including VAT)
Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight:

• Orders from 0 to 1 kg = €5.40

• Orders from 1 kg to 3 kg = €6.40

• Orders from 3 kg to 5 kg = €7.50

• Orders from 5 kg to 10 kg = €9.70

• Orders from 10 kg to 20 kg = €14.50

• Orders from 20 kg to 31.5 kg = €16.90

Shipping to Austria

Shipping costs are also calculated based on weight:

• Orders from 0 to 2 kg = €13.99

• Orders from 2 kg to 5 kg = €15.99

• Orders from 5 kg to 10 kg = €20.99

• Orders from 10 kg to 20 kg = €31.99

• Orders from 20 kg to 31.5 kg = €44.99

Estimated delivery time: 5–7 working days.

Free shipping within Germany
We offer free shipping within Germany for orders over €99.00.

Delivery Times
Unless otherwise specified in the product description, delivery within Germany takes 3–5 business days after the conclusion of the contract (for prepayment orders, after payment confirmation).

Please note:

• No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

• If your order contains items with different delivery times, all items will be shipped together unless otherwise agreed. In this case, delivery time is based on the item with the longest delivery time.

Self-Pickup
You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup. No shipping fees will be charged for self-pickup.
